Standard turnaround is 48 hours. Rush 24-hour delivery is available on Pro and Studio plans.
How do I send you my footage?+
Upload directly through your client dashboard, or send us a Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer link. We support files up to 20GB.
Do you provide licensed music?+
Yes. Every deliverable includes commercially licensed music via Artlist, Musicbed, or Epidemic Sound, cleared for your usage.
Can I request revisions?+
Absolutely. Starter includes 2 rounds; Pro and Studio include unlimited revisions within reason.
Do you offer color grading only?+
Yes — send us your locked cut and we'll deliver a graded master in your preferred format.
Which software do you use?+
DaVinci Resolve Studio, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Pro Tools for audio finishing.
